Making sense of Luka Record Night
What does it all mean? How can we make sense of greatness happening to all basketball fans weekly. There seems to be no way of stopping Luka from scoring. Once his first quarter third pointer went in you can sense something magical was going to happen. And it did. Against the Knicks Luka Doncic showed who should be frontrunner for the MVP case.
But Luka will always be humble about his performance and let the media, the fans, or on social media do the talking. During his post match interview Luka could not explain what has happen. It seems every shot within the mid-range was going in the hoop. He could even go for the offense rebound in the last second of the game.
The first quarter one hand behind the back assist to Reggie Bollock that was magical. At the end of the day Luka should not tell us how his performance is always improving. We should except games like this from Luka. But also that some nights he will have a quiet night. But we know that he can come up. We just got to appreciate the magical record night and appreciate it.
